Jishnu Hazra is the professor at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, India. He has a PhD from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester and a BTech in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. His papers have appeared in journals such as IISE Transactions, Production and Operations Management, Naval Research Logistics, Computers and Operations Research, Journal of Operational Research Society, International Journal of Production Economics, and European Journal of Operational Research.
Tarun Jain is the professor in the Production and Operations Management area at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, India. He has a PhD from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a BTech in engineering from the Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, India. His work has been published in Production and Operations Management, Naval Research Logistics, IISE Transactions, European Journal of Operational Research, International Journal of Production Economics and Journal of Operational Research Society.
Harishankar K is a Digital Transformation leader with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, IT, and global business services. He has held key leadership roles at Unilever and Kimberly-Clark, driving digital core transformation and global IT strategies. He was the Chief Transformation Officer at India’s Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC), leading major change initiatives.
