Programme Overview
Divergent Leadership is an approach which is divergent from the conventional way of thinking, and flexible enough to cater to a fast-changing world, popularly referred as VUCA world. Divergence is about moving in different directions from a common start point. Divergent Thinking involves generating multiple ideas or options starting from a common reference point or a theme. Divergent Leadership ensures that things are always work in progress, it avoids a sense of certainty, clarity and completion. The organization is always in flow, never stationary or static. There are always a few things whose answers are yet to be found, and there is no hurry to conclude anything. Even if a natural conclusion arrives, quickly other areas get opened and the flow continues. The essence is on movement rather than position. Progress is associated with movement rather than milestones and destinations.
