The Strategic Leadership Development Programme (SLDP), in partnership with People in Business, equips high-potential leaders with the strategic mindset, tools, and leadership capabilities required for enterprise-level roles. Through advanced learning, immersive workshops, executive coaching, and real ROI-driven business projects, participants learn to lead with clarity, agility, and conviction in a rapidly evolving world.
Professor PD Jose teaches strategy, sustainability, and corporate innovation at IIM Bangalore. A Fulbright Fellow, he has held visiting positions at MIT, Harvard, and the University of North Carolina. His work focuses on strategic leadership, corporate transformation, and sustainable business practices.
Professor Sushanta Mishra teaches organizational behavior, leadership development, and cross-cultural management. A Fulbright Scholar, he has held visiting positions in the US and Australia. His research focuses on leadership, workplace relationships, and employee development.
