In the contemporary global economy, propelling women into leadership roles is not just a social obligation but also a critical business strategy. Companies that place emphasis on gender diversity throughout their organizational hierarchy, particularly in leadership roles, are poised to enjoy various advantages that enhance their performance, culture, and overall long-term success.
Introduced in October 2016, Tanmatra, meaning “Potential” in Sanskrit, was initiated as a leadership development initiative specifically designed to address the distinctive requirements and obstacles encountered by female leaders within the Indian corporate sector. Functioning as a cross-industry leadership development program, Tanmatra utilizes academic research and practitioner insights to propel the progress of women in the business community. The program’s holistic approach to leadership development is achieved through a blend of specialized content, exposure across diverse industries, and hands-on problem-solving opportunities, fostering comprehensive growth for participants on their leadership path.
Module 1: Personal Leadership

Personal Leadership module engages the participants with key questions on leadership. Module 3: Strategic Leadership

The module attempts to synthesize learning from the previous modules and prepare the participants to think strategically. Contemporary topics covered in this module include recent trends in the field of management, including corporate governance, ethics, advanced negotiations and future ready competencies.
