On December 8, 2024, the IIM Bangalore Auditorium hosted an Alumni Meet of all Advanced Management Programme (AMP) participants. The event kickstarted following the valedictory ceremony of the 18th batch of AMP, where the families of the latest batch participants also joined to celebrate their accomplishments. Organized by the IIMBAA (IIMB Alumni Association) along with the support of the Executive Education Programmes (EEP), the meet brought together past participants of AMP to reconnect, reflect, and envision the future of this transformative initiative.
Setting the Tone
The event commenced with a musical invocation by Artists Pranav Satish (Keyboard), Arundhati Hegde (Vocals) and Madhu Hegde (Tabla). Following this, the Chairperson of the EEP, Prof. Padmini Srinivasan and the director of IIMB, Prof. Rishikesha Krishnan, delivered their introductory addresses, emphasizing the enduring impact of the AMP on its participants and their broader ecosystems. The address set the tone for a thoughtful evening, blending retrospection with forward-looking dialogue.
