IIM-B Executive Education’s 3-day program on the ‘Strategic Leadership Programme for IT Companies’ culminated with a valedictory event on 22nd December 2023 for the programme participants which comprised of senior executives from the IT product & services sector.
This executive program was directed by Prof. S. Raghunath and Prof. E.S. Srinivas, and it aims to achieve leadership excellence by training the senior management teams of IT firms.
The short-duration programme consisted of many thought-provoking analysis of business cases that gave a fresh perspective of sustainable management practices with a competitive advantage. This programme also provided a framework for integrating the concepts of strategy development with the business leaders’ day-to-day activities and promote an organizational culture.
The culmination of this enriching workshop was marked by the valediction event, where certificates were distributed amidst a lot of meaningful networking. Participants also took the opportunity to share insightful self-reflections, contemplating on the practical application of the invaluable learnings acquired throughout the programme.
