The Executive Education Department of IIMB is glad to announce the inauguration of Leadership Development Programme for the Senior Management members of VST Tillers and Tractors Ltd.
The program was customized by Programme Directors Prof. Padmini Srinivasan and Prof. Gopal Mahaparta to be in-line with the business vision of VST, which included:
- Strategies to capture the whitespaces in the Agri-equipment market
- Evolving leadership mindset to build high performance teams
- Developing financial acumen and leveraging macroeconomic trends
- Implementing innovative frameworks for a competitive edge
The initial module of this 3-Module custom programme commenced on 03rd of January 2024 with a formal inaugural function consisting of lamp-lighting ceremony, formal introductions and context setting talks by the Programme Directors. They were followed by the core content of the customized course, which were addressed by professors according to their domain of expertise.
The subsequent modules are scheduled to be continued after a period of two months, so that the participants get the opportunity to implement their strategies learnt during the programme.
