“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle. As with all matters of the heart, you’ll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on.” – Steve Jobs
The fast pace of change that is driving social, political, and business context in today’s India has already created an unprecedented variety of psychological impact on individuals. This impact coupled with relentless globalization of economy, over last few years has led to a progressive disintegration between employee(s) and organization(s) as against a backdrop of long tenured and sustained symbiotic relationship that was the hallmark of Indian industries across the country.
With frequent reorganizing, rightsizing, delayering, teaming, flattening the pyramid, outsourcing and M&A’s taking place more regularly on one hand, and steady increase in Gen Y Population with easy access to information on the other have significantly impacted careers and career development processes in organizations. Career has assumed a new meaning among the mid-career professionals in recent years. The expectations of these careerists from organizations have changed significantly and thus the ways to career success have also changed significantly. This has created a big challenge to mid- career professionals in terms of inventing new career strategies for their success.
The more challenging, complex, and contrasting the needs of professionals from organizations are becoming, the more pressure is being built in the internal organizational system to enable business leaders and HR professionals to think out of box, to change the traditional rule of engagement that are based on external perspective and build innovative career management system that has roots more on internal career perspective.
Under this backdrop, there is a fundamental need for mid-career professionals to become aware of career strategies that can fulfil their career aspirations for short as well as long term. Consequently, these career strategies contribute to ensuring that the pluralistic career orientations of mid-career professionals are met and ensure their personal and professional growth.
This three-day program is aimed at enabling participants to:

satisfaction and test the same for self.
