Programme Overview

Changing business environment, the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, and Complex & Ambiguous) world, and globalization are putting more challenges before business leaders than ever before. While in emerging markets, growth opportunities exist, the CEOs/CXOs, and other business leaders are constantly working on finding out more innovative ways to strengthen competitive edge and sustain it; in the face of ever-increasing stakeholder expectations.

The organizational complexities have been accentuated by change in demographics, customer profile, localization, and innovations with pressure on Sustainability with Innovation, Talent Management Frameworks, Verticalisation of Organizations, and fast pacing Technological Changes. Further, with complex and large organizations in the modern world, inter-connections of systems, geographies and products and services, Leadership has assumed a totally new set of contingencies. Hence, organizational strategies of leadership are receiving more attention from Top Management for using Empowerment and enriching and other critical Positive Psychology and Talent Management tools, e.g., Developmental Conversation and Executive Coaching.

Programme Director

 

Professor P D Jose teaches core courses on Competition and Strategy, Strategy and Public Policy and electives on Business and Sustainability; Learning from Corporate Failures; and Strategy through Simulations. He has held visiting faculty positions at Cardiff Business School, and the University of Gothenburg’s Gothenburg School of Business, Economics and Law.

Before joining IIMB, Jose was a faculty member at ASCI in Hyderabad. Jose’s consulting experience spans private, public, and international organizations. He has facilitated strategy workshops for several Indian and multinational companies.

 

 

Prof. Gopal Mahapatra
Professor Gopal Mahapatra, He has more than thirty years of corporate, consulting and academic experience in leading: Strategic HR, Organisational Transformation, Leadership Development, and Executive Coaching. He is a Doctorate (FPM) in Management from IIM, Bangalore & Post-Graduate in Personnel Management & IR from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi. He is trained by London Business School in Strategic HR, and Total Quality by JUSE, Tokyo, in Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith and a Certified Executive Coach by BCC, ICF, Results Coaching and Ericson Coaching; also Future Search, PDI, Mercer, CEB and MBTI by Dr Linda Kirby, APT.

Programme Charges

Programme Fee
INR 1,26,500/- Residential and INR 1,10,000/- Non -Residential (+ Applicable GST) per person for participants from India and its equivalent in US Dollars for participants from other countries.

Early Bird Discount
Nominations received with payments on or before 14 December 2026 will be entitled to an early bird Discount of 10%.

Group Discount
Group Discount of 5% percentage can be availed for a group of 3 or more participants when nominations received from the same organization.

Please Note

  • All enrolments are subject to review and approval by the programme director. Joining Instructions will be sent to the selected candidates 10 days prior the start of the programme.
  • The programme fee should be received by the Executive Education Office before the programme commencement date.
  • In case of cancellations, the fee will be refunded only if a request is received at least 15 days prior to the start of the programme.
  • If a nomination is not accepted,the fee will be refunded to the person/ organisation concerned.
  • A certificate of participation will be awarded to the participants by IIMB.
