Leading innovation, change & Gen AI – enabled transformation
The module integrates innovation, change leadership, and GenAI to help leaders drive transformation in evolving business contexts. Participants explore customer- and stakeholder-centric innovation, leverage GenAI and data for better decision-making.
Leading teams: Coaching, feedback & performance culture
The module prepares leaders to transition from managing teams to leading leaders by adopting a coaching mindset. Participants build skills in delegation, feedback, having difficult conversations, and creating accountability, enabling them to drive high-performance and engaged teams.
Enterprise leadership, influence, & collaboration
