Programme Overview

Loyalty is no longer just a marketing tool. It is a strategic, financial, and technological lever for driving enterprise value. As Indian and global firms move from discounting to engagement, the ability to design, fund, and scale loyalty programs has become a boardroom imperative. This 4-day immersive course at IIM Bangalore bridges the gap between marketing creativity and financial accountability, equipping cross-functional teams to create loyalty strategies with real P&L impact.

This is the first program of its kind in India combining customer psychology, advanced financial modelling, INDAS/IFRS accounting, and real-world launch strategies making it a must-attend for modern businesses building enduring customer ecosystems.

Programme Objective

The program is designed to equip cross-functional business leaders with tools, frameworks, and financial models to create and manage successful loyalty programs.

Key objectives include:

  • Understanding loyalty as a strategic growth and monetisation lever
  • Designing tiered program structures aligned with consumer behaviours and business goals
  • Building financial models for cost-per-point, breakage, and IFRS-compliant valuations
  • Mapping technology stacks and launch roadmaps
  • Applying loyalty innovation strategies including subscriptions, bonus campaigns, and partnerships

Delivering tangible ROI and alignment with broader organisational KPIs.
