Programme Overview

In the evolving world of academia, publishing in top-ranked journals is more than just an achievement—it’s a career catalyst. It plays a decisive role in securing academic appointments, tenure, grants, global collaborations, and institutional prestige. Yet, many researchers struggle to translate promising ideas into publishable papers.

This immersive programme bridges that gap by offering an insider’s roadmap to academic publishing success, blending the dual perspectives of a seasoned researcher and a leading journal editor. Whether you’re working on your first manuscript or aiming for FT50 journals, this programme equips you with concrete strategies, proven tools, and editorial insights to help you succeed.

You’ll learn how to identify and refine research-worthy ideas, avoid common pitfalls that lead to desk rejections, and craft compelling manuscripts that resonate with editors and reviewers. You’ll also gain rare access to what happens after submission—from decoding reviewer comments to handling tricky revise-and-resubmit decisions, and even maximizing the post-publication impact of your work.

Designed to be highly interactive and practical, this programme is your one-stop guide to navigating the full research and publication journey—from idea to impact.
