In today’s data-driven world, financial literacy is no longer reserved for CFOs. Whether you’re leading a business unit, managing projects, or heading marketing and operations – every decision impacts the bottom line.
The Finance for Non-Finance Managers (FNFM) programme is an executive education finance programme at IIM Bangalore, designed for working professionals and executives from non-financial backgrounds. This IIM finance course provides practical finance training for executives, enabling participants to understand financial statements, evaluate business performance, assess investments and budgets, and make financially informed decisions. Through an applied learning approach, participants develop the financial confidence to collaborate effectively with finance teams, contribute to strategic discussions, and understand how financial decisions influence business growth and value creation.
This programme is crafted for professionals from non-financial backgrounds who want to confidently navigate financial statements, make informed decisions, and drive business growth. This is not just a finance course – it’s a strategic business enabler.
As part of IIM Bangalore’s executive education portfolio, the programme helps professionals strengthen their financial acumen and prepare for roles with greater managerial and financial responsibility.
