Programme Overview
Artificial Intelligence is rapidly redefining how organisations attract, develop, deploy, and retain talent. The World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025 finds that 86% of employers expect AI and information-processing technologies to transform their business by 2030, and that nearly 40% of workers’ core skills will change over the same period. Gartner’s 2026 survey of over 400 CHROs places a clearly defined, HR-focused AI strategy and the redesign of work at the very top of the HR agenda.

For HR leaders, the challenge is not limited to AI adoption but deciding where AI should be used and how human and AI capabilities should be combined. This transformation includes redesigning job roles and HR processes, as well as managing the change without compromising fairness, trust, or accountability. HR Transformation with AI is an intensive and immersive programme designed to help HR professionals lead this transition. This program prepares HR professionals to support AI-enabled transformation of their organizations: managing change, strengthening decision making, redesigning work, and building the ethics, trust, and governance foundations that responsible AI deployment demands.

Programme Content
Participants will explore how to lead and manage change during AI adoption; how to augment managerial and HR decision making with AI while guarding against algorithmic bias; functional changes across talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, and rewards; the redesign of jobs and work for human–AI collaboration; and the ethics, employee trust, and governance frameworks required for the responsible use of AI in the workplace.

Pedagogy
The programme integrates conceptual sessions with case analyses, hands-on demonstrations of AI tools, simulations, and structured group discussions. Participants will work through real-world dilemmas of AI adoption from building the business case and managing stakeholder resistance to designing governance mechanisms and will leave with actionable frameworks they can apply in their own organisations.

Who Should Participate
HR leaders, HR business partners, HR technology and analytics professionals, and line managers involved in AI adoption and workforce transformation will benefit substantially from the programme.
