R Srinivasan is Professor of Strategy at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. His current research focuses on characterizing rapid growth firms; studying platform mediated networks; and strategic decision making in top management teams.
Srinivasan received his doctoral degree from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 1998. He worked for about eight years at IIM Lucknow before joining IIM Bangalore. His areas of teaching at the postgraduate and doctoral levels have been Platform business models, Corporate Strategy, Competitiveness, and Strategy Process Research.

Prof. Sai Chittaranjan Kalubandi’s research lies at the intersection of strategy and entrepreneurship, focusing on areas such as non-market strategies, institutional reforms, internationalization, and internal markets. His work in entrepreneurship explores international ventures, entrepreneurial pivots, and new venture funding.
He is a gold medalist in MBA (Finance) and MPhil (Management), and holds a PhD from IIM Ahmedabad, where he received the Prof. Tirath Gupta Memorial Best Thesis Award. He has presented his research at leading international conferences and has published work on outsourcing, firm performance, and philanthropic healthcare models.
