Programme Overview

Everyone talks about M&A, what methods to use for valuation, due diligence, why to do M&A and how to evaluate the companies, there is lack of guidance on how to navigate once you have acquired the asset organization. Experts argue that 90% of M&As fail to meet their objectives.

This is primarily because post the deal, there is no one to offer advice, or handhold, or guide about how to make this deal a success. We will look into the world post the transaction – how to make the transaction successful.

Programme Objective

The course is designed with the following specific objectives and learning outcomes:

  • To navigate the complex communication landscape to determine the right tool to exhibit executive presence.
  • To manage criticism and feedback yet position yourself as a decisive leader.
  • To evaluate best practices, influx of technology and cope with the uncertainty of being misinterpreted by various stakeholders.
