Programme Overview

Sustainability is not meant to be a separate vertical in an organization, or a box to be ticked in a checklist. It is a fundamental shift in perspective – a 360º lens that integrates all functions of an organization to create impact that benefits people, planet, and business purpose. The issues that we are facing today are inter-connected, inter-woven, demanding radical collaboration and holistic solutions. Sustainability is an opportunity to move over siloed approaches and have a buy in for convergence and creating harmony, maximizing lasting positive impacts. Hence, businesses that adopt this comprehensive approach gain a competitive edge by listening to the stakeholders, meeting their expectations, mitigating risks, and unlocking opportunities for innovation. They transform challenges into drivers of growth, embedding sustainability into the core of their strategies rather than treating it as a peripheral effort.

Programme Objective

The course is designed to equip senior leaders and executives with the knowledge, tools, and skills to integrate sustainability into their strategic decision-making and organizational culture. The course focuses on the intersection of leadership, innovation, communication, and collaboration, preparing participants to navigate the complexities of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges while driving sustainable value creation.

• Enable leaders to understand the evolution of sustainability in Business, and its strategic importance in today’s business landscape.
• Provide frameworks to embed sustainability into core business strategies and governance structures.
• Enhance the ability to drive innovation, resilience, and competitive advantage through sustainable practices.
• Cultivate leadership skills to foster a culture of sustainability within and beyond the organization.
