“The future belongs to those who can design it, and in an era shaped by complexity, leaders leveraging a design thinking mindset – which integrates empathy, ideation and collaboration – will be the drivers of user-focused innovation with genuine impact”

Dr. Ramya Ranganathan

Programme Overview:

Design Thinking for Leaders is an Executive Education programme from IIM Bangalore designed to help senior leaders, business executives and innovation professionals solve complex business challenges using human-centred design. By combining empathy, creativity, experimentation and strategic thinking, the programme enables leaders to drive innovation, improve customer experiences and build future-ready organisations.
