Programme Overview
This programme is intended for participants who aspire to lead change effectively within their own organisations or for those who wish to develop skills in becoming change consultants to facilitate organisations to succeed in their strategic change efforts. An integrative and multidisciplinary approach will be utilised to analyse and critique core change management issues, including the processes involved in planning and implementing both incremental and discontinuous changes and in reviewing and sustaining the change. Participants will develop insights on the process of strategic change management and develop skills to deploy change in an integrated and strategic manner through conducting diagnoses with a focus on internal and external alignment issues. Participants will also learn how to manage people issues at every step of the change process by navigating around power, politics and stakeholder management issues, through appropriate intervention strategies at individual, group and organisational levels. Strategic changes often fail owing to inadequate measurement processes and the programme will help participants understand how to use integrated and strategic tools throughout the change process to ensure continuous strategic alignment. Great course & good Learnings from excellent materials and presentations. Many were close to state of affairs at management level. It was the same time we were going through a “merger” with an organization which helped me to start applying what I learnt in “Leading Strategic Change” programme at IIMB
