IIM Bangalore Executive Education Programmes Office conducted a one-day learning Event, titled, ‘Building and Scaling Organizations in Digital Transformation’, on 29th April 2023 (Saturday).
The welcome address was delivered by Prof. Padmini Srinivasan, Chairperson of Executive Education Programmes and Centre for Corporate Governance & Sustainability, and faculty from the Finance & Accounting area of IIM Bangalore, and Parthasarathy S, Chief Programme Officer, Executive Education Programmes, IIMB.
The inaugural address on: ‘Innovations and Changing Landscape for Organizations’ was led by Prof. Rishikesha Krishnan , Director, IIM Bangalore. The session on: ‘Digitalization and Strategy’ being conducted by Prof. Srinivasan R, Chairperson of the two year full-time MBA: Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) and PGP in Business Analytics (PGP-BA), and faculty of the Strategy area of IIMB. The topic, ‘Digital Transformation, Growth and Culture’ was being covered by Subrahmanyam Lanka, Senior Vice President – R&D, Siemens Healthineers. Prof. Shainesh G of the Marketing area of IIMB, spoke on: ‘Leveraging Digital to Create and Capture Value’.Post Lunch, Thirumala Arohi Mamunooru, Senior Vice President & Head – Education, Training & Assessments (ETA), Infosys, address participants on: ‘Case-in-Point: Experience of Infosys in L&D’. Prof. Sourav Mukherji, Dean, Alumni Relations & Development and faculty in the Organizational Behavior & Human Resources Management area, IIMB, also taken the session on: ‘Ethical AI and Leadership Challenges: The Case of Google’.
The session on: ‘Building Resilience in Organizations’ was conducted by Prof. Jose PD of the Strategy area, IIMB at the end.
