IIM-Bangalore’s Executive Education Programme (EEP) Department is delighted to offer a custom programme for the senior leadership executives of Indostar Capital Finance Limited. This customized program titled L.E.A.D Management Development Programme was designed and directed by Prof. Debolina Dutta to make sure it aligns with the goals of Indostar’s leadership team.
This 3-day executive programme which spans from 14th to 16th December 2023, was conducted at IIM-B’s new campus which is built amidst the serene landscapes of Jigani Hobli, located on the outskirts of the bustling city of Bangalore.
The course content of the programme focused on:
- Elevating the strategic thought process of C-level executives,
- Enhancing emotional poise to navigate crucial and high-stakes conversations,
- Imparting skills required to implement strategies that optimize team performance,
- Developing corporate leadership excellence to cultivate organizational culture.
The course was designed to have a lot of practical examples, group activities and in-depth analysis of multiple case studies, delivered by eminent guest professors with expertise in the topics of finance & leadership. The participants of this programme were also treated to light music performances by talented musicians post the official session timings to enhance the overall experience of this holistic leadership excellence executive programme.
The biggest takeaway for the participants attending the program was the evolution in new-age leadership mindset coupled with insights to enhance team performance.
