EEP offers custom programme for officers of e-committee of Supreme courts to aid its Digital Transformation
IIMB’s Executive Education wing is pleased to offer a customized 5-day programme titled ‘Capacity Building on Digital Transformation & Project Management’ for e-Courts. The programme directors Prof. Shankar Venkatagiri & Prof. Anil B Suraj tailored the course content to meet the needs of participants, who were senior judges and nodal officers from high courts nationwide – all involved in implementing the digital transformation initiatives of the Indian Judiciary. Two back-to-back batches were held in the 2nd and 3rd week of February 2024 to upskill the officers of e-courts to lead during the digital scaling & capacity building activities.
This short duration custom programme’s core content was focused on the below-listed topics:
- The practical concepts of e-governance and open-source models,
- Applications of AI and blockchain technologies as an evolutionary part of digital transformation in e-Courts,
- Principles of Project Management in the context of legal ecosystem,
- Strategic thought development & people management for efficient administration,
- Scalability of e-court operations and its effective management.
Our customized programme proved to be very useful for the participants working for the e-committee of the supreme court, which was undergoing rapid digital transformation.
