EEP celebrates the valediction of 14th cohort of ‘Management Programme for Entrepreneurs and Family Businesses’

IIMB’s EEP department congratulates the 14th batch participants of ‘Management Programme for Entrepreneurs and Family Businesses’ (#MPEFB14) for completing their programme with flying colours. The programme capped off with a valedictory event on the 20th of February 2024, where the participants were felicitated and given the best wishes by the professors to innovate & scale their family businesses.

This 6-month long duration programme had 6 modules, and one of the modules included a foreign immersion component at Seoul National University, Korea. The programme was directed by Prof. Suresh Bhagavatula, Prof. Sai Chittaranjan Kalubandi, and Prof. Hyun Chul Maeng to empower the participants to succeed in a competitive entrepreneurial landscape.

The programme consisted of:

  • Foundational wisdom on accurately understanding the business environment and developing an aptitude for market research.
  • Mastering the functional aspects of being an entrepreneur which includes developing resilience to disruptions and fortifying an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strategies to formulate entrepreneurial growth by leveraging the power of digital marketing, and robust organisational design.
  • Exploring collaborative opportunities and improve the quality of networks during the foreign immersion module in Korea.
  • Implementation of individual projects by applying business analytics & principles of management accounting & corporate finance control.
