The understanding of Digital Transformation starts with the basics of knowing the differences between Digitization, digitalization, and digital transformation – which are terms often used interchangeably, but they actually refer to distinct concepts in the realm of technology and business.

  • Digitization refers to the activity of converting Analog information into digital format.
  • Digitalization involves ‘leveraging’ digitally converted output to improve existing processes or create new ones – to reduce the cognitive effort of humans.
  • Digital transformation is a broader and more comprehensive concept – which involves creating a cultural & organizational shift, drive innovation & strategic thought processes for effective leadership in the digital age.

Digital transformation has become imperative for organisations to stay competitive and relevant in today’s business landscape. Our Executive Programme is designed to equip the participants with the right vision, context, tools & technologies, and processes to lead their companies in effective digital transformation.
